Sponsorship Levels:
Sponsors providing an API for the Code-a-thon must provide no-fee access to their API during the event.
Gold ($1,500)
- Sponsor logo will be featured in marketing and promotional materials supporting the Code-a-thon
- Sponsor can nominate a representative to the Judging panel
- Sponsor may submit their own health-related API for use at the Code-a-Thon
- The Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary participant tickets to the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor will also receive up to 2 tickets for the judging and awards session of the Code-a-thon to be held on the afternoon of Saturday April 2nd, 2016
- If the Sponsor is providing an API for the Code-a-thon they will receive two (2) complimentary tickets that may be used by their API Support Team to attend the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor’s API Support team will have the opportunity to provide “Office Hours” (informal one-on-one or small group discussions covering their API) during the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide or promote complimentary, or reduced cost, access to their API service to all participants at the Code-a-thon
- The API Support team will have the opportunity to hold a session of up to 30 minutes duration during day one of the Code-a-thon to showcase the capabilities of their API
- A link to the Sponsor’s API documentation will be provided to all participants and will be linked from the API Resources page of the HealthCa.mp/onfhir event site
- The Sponsor will have the option to provide a special prize during the awards ceremony to the team making the best use of the Sponsor’s API.
Silver ($750)
- Sponsor logo will be featured in marketing and promotional materials supporting the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary participant tickets to the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor will also receive up to 2 tickets for the judging and awards session of the Code-a-thon to be held on the afternoon of Saturday April 2nd, 2016
- The Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide or promote complimentary, or reduced cost, access to their API service(s) to all participants at the Code-a-thon.
Platinum (SureScripts / AEGIS)
As the lead sponsor for the Code-a-thon the Platinum Partner receives the following benefits:
- Sponsor logo will be prominently featured in marketing and promotional materials for the event
- Sponsor can nominate a representative to the Judging panel
- Sponsor may submit their own health-related API for use at the Code-a-Thon
- A sponsor’s representative will be invited to the stage during the closing and awards session to make closing remarks
- The Sponsor will receive 3 complimentary participant tickets to the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor will also receive up to 3 tickets for the judging and awards session of the Code-a-thon to be held on the afternoon of Saturday April 2nd, 2016
- If the Sponsor is providing an API for the Code-a-thon they will receive three (3) complimentary tickets that may be used by their API Support Team to attend the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor’s API Support team will have the opportunity to provide “Office Hours” (informal one-on-one or small group discussions covering their API) during the Code-a-thon
- The Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide or promote complimentary, or reduced cost, access to their API service to all participants at the Code-a-thon
- The API Support team will have the opportunity to hold a session of up to 50 minutes duration during day one of the Code-a-thon to showcase the capabilities of their API
- A link to the Sponsor’s API documentation will be provided to all participants and will be linked from the API Resources page of the HealthCa.mp/onfhir event site
- The Sponsor will have the option to provide a special prize during the awards ceremony to the team making the best use of the Sponsor’s API.
