October 5th, 2012 will be our fourth annual HealthCamp at Kaiser Permanente’s Sidney R. Garfield Innovation Center in San Leandro, CA. The facility is an amazing place for innovation and experimentation.

What is a 4×4?

– 4 Slides presented in 4 minutes.

How do the 4×4 sessions work?

We will be grouping together a series of 4×4 presentations around common themes. A series of 4 presentations will be presented followed by a period of open discussion with the participants who are in attendance.

What is the format for the 4 slides?

If you had 4 minutes and 4 slides what would you have to say?

Slide 1: What is the problem you are addressing?
Slide 2: What have you done to improve this situation?
Slide 3: What are your roadblocks/what don’t you know/Where would you like help?
Slide 4: Who are you and what drew you to tackle this challenge?
